I am excited to announce that I am joining forces with Century Bank . My office is located in the Century Bank branch on the Southeast corner of Preston and Campbell Roads in Dallas.

As a result of all of the changes in the mortgage industry over the past year, including the closings of more than 250 investors/mortgage brokers and banks, I have decided to make this move.  The move to Century Bank is in my clients’ best interests.  Century Bank’s loan products allow me to better serve you with increased loan options.  One unique product that Century Bank offers is an e-Sign loan, which is a tremendous opportunity for my customers.  I will be sending you more information on our e-Sign technology very soon.  Also, I will be able to offer traditional Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA loans a s well as 2nd liens, make-sense portfolio (bank-held) loans that do not fit in the secondary market box, and out of state loans .  Our Bank also has a division that offers strictly Commercial loans.
